World Micro Dramas Research Association （WMDRA） is an internationally oriented academic organization officially registered in the United States. It is committed to advancing micro drama as an art form and exploring its integration with emerging technologies and global markets. With Chinese and English as its main working languages, WMDRA brings together experts from film, AI, and digital media to explore the expressive power and cultural potential of micro drama narratives in the digital age.

The Association consists of an Executive Team and a Think Tank Team, and operates through its official website, international forums, screenplay competitions, and micro drama festivals. These initiatives support a global dialogue linking theory, creativity, and industry.
