世界微短剧研究会（英文缩写WMDRA）是注册于美国的国际性学术机构，致力于微短剧在艺术创作、跨界融合与全球传播中的研究与推动。研究会以中英文为主要交流语言，汇聚影视、人工智能与数字文化等领域的前沿力量，探索微短剧的叙事方式在数字时代的表现张力与文化潜力。
研究会设有管理团队与智库体系，通过官方网站、国际论坛、剧本大奖赛与微剧艺术节等多元形式，搭建“理论—创作—产业”三位一体的全球对话平台，促进国际创作者、研究者与机构的深度交流与合作。
World Micro Dramas Research Association （WMDRA） is an internationally oriented academic organization officially registered in the United States. It is committed to advancing micro drama as an art form and exploring its integration with emerging technologies and global markets. With Chinese and English as its main working languages, WMDRA brings together experts from film, AI, and digital media to explore the expressive power and cultural potential of micro drama narratives in the digital age.
The Association consists of an Executive Team and a Think Tank Team, and operates through its official website, international forums, screenplay competitions, and micro drama festivals. These initiatives support a global dialogue linking theory, creativity, and industry.
